Talk about who's been doing kelekele love. I knew there was much to that public show of affection. So, Tiwa Savage's manager Tee Billz proposed to her yesterday which coincidentally was her 33nd birthday. If you'd asked me, I would have said Tiwa was 28 or something. And they sealed it with a kiss! Oooh-la-la!!!
