Cheating during exams is commonplace but this particular style takes the cake. Last week in the Bihar city of India, parents stormed the school, climbed the wall of a school building, perched windows of classrooms and handed cheat sheets to their 10th-grade children who were writing exams.
The disbelieving part was that the act was carried out in the full glare of the police, not even one tried to stop them. Gangster!!!
