Super Falcons media officer, Gracious Akujobi has passed on.
The 33-year-old ex spokesperson of the Nigeria women U17 team Falconets, died on Thursday morning at the General Hospital, Maitama, Abuja. Her last outing was the FIFA World Cup in Canada held a month ago.
"This is a very tragic occurrence. Gracious was such an energetic, hardworking officer and her death has come as a terrible shock. Her commitment to the job was never in doubt. The NFF is in deep mourning with her family over this tragedy."NFF General Secretary, Dr. Mohammed Sanusi said.
