Fiesta Of Flavours; a food and beverage fair held recently in Lagos was spearheaded by First Bank Of Nigeria. It was one of the foremost Nigerian bank’s many efforts in reaffirming its commitment to the development of the wellbeing of Nigerians through its support for the development of the agricultural value chain in our nation and beyond. 














FirstBank believes that food is an essential part of cultural heritage and the venture into supporting and sustaining the food industry is one of the many ways the Bank is preserving the cultural heritage of its business communities all over the world.


The quintessential event which was a partnership between the financial institution and Eventful; a renowned event management company kicked off on Friday 4th December, 2015 at the Harbour Point in  Victoria Island and ended on Sunday 6th December, 2015. 














It showcased the best in local and international cuisine, cutting edge food technology and cooking techniques, as well as the best beverages, wines and spirits the world has to offer.

Featured exhibitors were leading food & beverage manufacturers, Bakery & Confectionery, Ready-to-serve Products, Sauces and Seasonings, Snacks and Tidbits, Canned Food, Chilled and Frozen Food, Noodles, Ice-Cream, Desserts, Drinks and Juices, Instant Beverages, Coffee and Tea, Restaurants and Caterers, to mention a few











One of the major highlight of the three-day event was the live demonstration kitchen where practical tips and ideas were presented by the best chefs in the business. Guests had a field day keeping up to date with the latest dishes, flavours and trends as well as trying newly launched delicacies from participating exhibitors. There were management and training seminars, competitions, kids cooking activities and many more.




FirstBank is also furthering the entertainment value of food, widely enjoyed by youth and families, by sponsoring events that bring provide opportunities to enjoy food as a united community.
