Cristiano Ronaldo: 'Goals are in my DNA'

Basking in the euphoria of his new feat, hat-trick maestro, Cristiano Ronaldo has described his team's qualification last night as a well-deserved victory for the Blancos. The 31 year-old put up a scintillating show and netted his 37th hat-trick for his club against Wolfsburg on Tuesday helping Real Madrid to overcome a 20 deficit and helping them reach the semi-finals of the Champions League game.

The Portuguese reckons goal-scoring is effortless to him. He told UEFA.com "Goals are in my DNA. The side played well, we came into the match strongly. We played with intensity in the opening minutes and we scored two quick goals. We controlled the game. Wolfsburg were good: they used the ball well, but I think over 90 minutes we were better. We created more chances and we deserve to get to the next round," said the Portuguese international.
