The tweet was featured in "Die Mannschaft"; the official German World Cup movie produced to celebrate their win in Brazil. The team behind the team believed it was a real Steven Gerrard quote but unfortunately it was posted from his parody twitter account.
The revelation was made by Seumas Beathan, the handler of the account and a staunch Liverpool fan.
