Chelsea boss, Jose Mourinho has been fined by 25,000 pounds ($38,000) by the FA for claiming that there was a campaign to influence referees' decisions against The Blues.

The Portuguese made the statement exactly a month ago, December 28 after his team was denied a penalty in a 1-1 draw at Southampton.
