Arsene Wenger and Jose Mourinho attended a UEFA managers' conference over the break

This is many shades of funny.

Arsene Wenger reignited his beef with Manchester United boss, Jose Mourinho today after he refused to let the latter sit beside him at a UEFA managers' conference.

 Here's a report from Dailymail.co.uk.
Mourinho arrived late at a speech being delivered by an Old Trafford great, Sir Alex Ferguson. Spotting a seat opposite Paris Saint-Germain manager Unai Emery and Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane and next to Wenger, the 53-year-old asked if he could occupy the space. Without batting an eyelid, Wenger replied: 'No, it isn't possible.' Wenger is regarded as having 'won' the exchange, with other managers in the room laughing at his response to the Manchester United boss.

Wenger needs to chill.

If you don't believe Chelsea legend, John Terry almost signed for Manchester United, this picture should serve as a little proof.

The ex England skipper shared the image on his Instagram page with the caption, 'Flashback to a young 14 year old JT. Who would have thought I would go onto win 4 Premier Leagues and 5 FA Cups. I have so much respect for Sir Alex Ferguson and will never forget what he done for me and my family.'

But JT in an old interview revealed how he was almost snapped up by former Red Devil coach, Alex Ferguson.

'I was Man United growing up. You know what it's like when you're a boy, you want to support the team that's winning everything. And my dad and granddad were Man United fans. But my first day at Chelsea I knew that was the club I wanted to be at. I just loved it. But Man United also approached me.

'I met Alex Ferguson - great to meet. During the school holidays I would go up to Manchester and train with their boys for two weeks, play a few games and come home. But one thing that was really special about Man United was that Alex Ferguson took time out and invited me to one of their games and to have lunch with their players.

'So there we are - me, my mum and dad, my brother. He made me feel so special, autographs, my photo done with the Premiership trophy. I think it was hard for my dad to take that I was going to sign for Chelsea, but I had to sit him down and tell him it was definitely the right decision.'

The Cristiano Ronaldo Vs Lionel Messi debate has surfaced for the umpteenth time. Former Manchester United boss, Alex Ferguson has given his verdict on who's the best between the two. Recall that the Portuguese spent 5 years under his stewardship at Old Trafford.

Speaking at an event in Dublin on Tuesday, the former Scottish manager said

"It's interesting to me that we hear so much about two players these days: Ronaldo and Messi. Now don't get me wrong, Messi is a fantastic player, it's like he's wearing slippers when he controls the ball, but here, for me, is the difference: Messi is a Barcelona player but Ronaldo could play for Stockport County and score a hat trick.

"He has everything. He can shoot with both feet, head the ball, he's as brave as a lion, and here's something else people overlook. During my time at Manchester United I was lucky enough to have a lot of people who put in countless extra hours to get better.

"Gary Neville turned himself from an average footballer into a wonderful one because of his work ethic, as did David Beckham, but Ronaldo used to completely exhaust himself, and still does. He just wanted to be the best in the world."

Well, a lot of people share the same sentiment but i don't think Messi will not perform in other clubs or leagues.

Former Manchester United manager, Alex Ferguson has highlighted reasons why the club' fans need to be patient with the under-fire coach, Louis Van Gaal. In a recent interview with Sky sports, the former Scottish football manager said  they have to " be realistic about some things - the number of injuries he has had: Phil Jones has played only seven games this season, Ashley Young, Valencia,  Shaw, these are big losses.
"It doesn't matter which team you are, if you have players missing of that calibre it has to have an impact on the team.
"The other aspect which is always easy to forget there are also five new players in their first season at United, and two are young players in Martial and Memphis  and their promise is good.
"You have to have some patience being a Manchester United fan and they have shown that over the years; in Matt Busby's time, in my time.
"For 150 years of history it is worth having a couple of years on the quiet side of success because they will always come back and come back strong. You have to give him credit, he's given nine young players their debut. I think the future is good,"

Real Madrid forward, Cristiano Ronaldo has also revealed his former manager, Sir Alex Ferguson's temper in the changing room during his spell at the club.
The Portuguese has been featured in the Scot's BBC's upcoming documentary, 'Sir Alex Ferguson: Secrets of Success,' which will be aired at 10.30pm on October 11.

"I remember sometimes when we do something bad or we lost some games he kick the chairs and he kick the boots, he kick everything, the waters, the drinks, and he's so red and 'f**k you, you should pass the ball you. ‎It was unbelievable but it was good - because we learn."

Former Manchester United manager, Alex Ferguson who visited Spain last week and had a dinner with Cristiano Ronaldo has persuaded him to return to Old Trafford, Daily Sun reports.

The Portuguese's team's lacklustre form has left him really unhappy and this could tempt him to make a move to the English club. The Real Madrid star who was filmed telling a teammate the performances have been really embarrassing also vowed not to speak to the media till the season ends.

Red Devil boss, Louis Van Gaal reportedly contacted his manager Jorge Mendes about a week ago over a potential £71.1m move to England.

Manchester United legend, Sir Alex Ferguson may have had several duels with Chelsea boss, Jose Mourinho during his reign at Old Trafford but the pair certainly harbour no ill feelings towards each other.

Speaking to BT Sport on a Boxing Day feature, Fergie as fondly called spoke of the Portuguese's good looks as well as his managerial success.

'It is unfair really. He's good looking, he's got that sort of George Clooney bit in his hair now. But I think he is a great example, he can speak five languages or whatever he can.

'He goes and becomes an interpreter for Bobby Robson, follows him to Barcelona, works under Louis Van Gaal; he is learning all the time. He has got a determination, he wants to be a coach.'.

'He never played the game, by the way – you tell me how many presidents would give a manager a job who has never played the game? None. But he has done it. "

Aston Villa assistant Manager, Roy Keane is yet to settle scores with his former boss, Sir Alex Ferguson. And from the interview he granted reporters during the launch of his Autobiography (The Second Half), he's still bitter, mad at him and possibly not interested in mending fences.

His grouse exactly. "He was never critical when we were winning trophies and he was getting his new contracts, getting this and that named after him – Sir this, and whatever else. He made millions of pounds out of it. He got his statues. He got his stand named after him. To criticise people who brought him success was just ridiculous."

And on Jose Mourinho, he branded the Chelsea manager's attempt at shaking his hands before the end of Chelsea/Aston Villa game few weeks back, disgraceful.

"The game is still going on, You wouldn't do that on a Sunday morning, you would get knocked out. "I don't mind all that [mind games] but the game is still going on. It's disgraceful. I've seen him doing it to other managers; it is a disgrace."

Some would be wondering if retired Manchester United boss, Sir Alex Ferguson has suddenly gone cash-strapped or something but hey, the money doesn't belong to him, it's for a good cause - The Manchester United Foundation. It would be recalled that he won £32, 000 on the same show 9 years ago. The revered ex-Manager who's now a director at the Old Trafford and a Manchester United fan, Eamonn Holmes won £50,000 on the Who Wants To Be A Millionaire show which held last night, December 19th, 2013. The pair failed at the 9th question and had their £75,000 winnings reduced to £50, 000.

Angry readers of Alex Ferguson's best-selling autobiography have expressed their disappointment over a host of factual errors found in the 402-page book. 45 of them were identified. Hodder and Stoughton, publishers of the UK's fastest-selling non-fiction book have admitted their fault and are even willing to reimburse one particular reader who remains unhappy.

Replying one of the couple of mails received on the matter, Jamie Hodder-Williams, CEO of the publishing outfit wrote thus, "We did in fact go through several stages of factchecking with this book, with a reading from within Manchester United as well as from a specialist football fact-checker. Although a very large number of corrections were made we plainly did not pick up everything. Possible corrections that have so far been helpfully pointed out are being checked and will be included in future reprints.

"I am sorry that you feel that your expenditure on the book was not worthwhile. If you would like to send
the book to me at our head office address, stating where you bought the book and at what price, we will
refund your expenditure and postage."

Some of the errors found in the book include.
(1) Roy Keane's spell at Manchester United was for 11 years instead of 12
(2) Ryan Giggs made his debut for Manchester United at age 16 instead of 17
(3) Rio Ferdinand triumphed against
Manchester City in the semi-final second leg (of the Carling Cup) in 2009 at Old Trafford' when the year was actually 2010.

To prove that the iconic Sir Alex Ferguson still lives in the heart of his teeming fans inspite of the fact that he walked away from the dugout not too long ago, fans are scrambling to buy his latest published work, to have a peep into the workings of his heart while he took charge of the Red Devils.
The most intriguing part of it is, the autobiography has emerged the fastest-selling non-fiction book in the UK. "My Autobiography" which goes for £25 has sold 115,547 copies, breaking Delia Smith's How To Cook: Book Two's record of 112,000 copies in a week. This is the biggest sales ever recorded since 1998.

Another Ballon d'Or shortlist has been drawn up. Trust me, it's going to be as fierce as ever. Unlike the past editions where few or no Premier League players get nominations, 5 EPL players are included in the 23-man shortlist. The Coach of the year category contains some really prominent names, the likes of Sir Alex Ferguson, Jose Mourinho and Del Bosque are most people's favourites.

Anyways, I see either Lionel Messi, who's clinched the award four consecutive times winning the 5th or Frank Ribery who inspired his club, Bayern Munich to win the Champions League, Bundesliga and German Cup and was later named

After spending 26 years as Manchester United, 71 year-old Alex Ferguson is still a hot cake even in retirement. A trillion and one Man U players/fans wish they can turn back the hands of time and none would deny the absence of ex Old Trafford boss isn't felt. Ex Man U goalkeeper, Mark Bosnich is itching to have Sir Alex Ferguson as the coach of Australian team, considering his tractrackrecord /managerial success, they particularly want him to lead the team to next year's World Cup. Their coach was recently red-carded after The Socceroos' consecutive defeats against Brazil and France.

"We've been throwing around a lot of names but there's one person that I haven't heard mentioned - even though I've got more reason than anyone not to suggest him, I'm just being honest and have had experience under him, so know what he's like - it is Sir Alex Ferguson. That name hasn't been put about, but we need someone of that ilk. He would command a top whack, but in life, and especially in sport, you get what you pay for. If you want the very best, you're going to have to pay for the best."

We all agree Manchester City attacker Carlos Tevez went too far with his 'RIP Fergie' placard targetted at spiting Sir Alex ferguson, Manchester united coach over the club's unexpected loss. That was absolutely disrespectful and uncalled for. But he apologized, yeah after so much pressure he said,
"I got carried away in d excitement of the moment and I didn't mean to disrespect Sir Alex who I admire as a Manager".

But today I came in contact with this picture and I'm still not sure if it was a graphics designer job or Sir Alex ferguson actually displayed this, "Fuck Off You Ugly little Shit".

If he did...Was it necessary?

Nemanja Vidic
Manchester United centre back, Nemanj Vidic will no longer participate in the rest of the season's matches owing to a ligament injury.
The 30year old player who got knocked down by Marco Streller as the club crashed out of the Champion's league against Basel would soon be operated.
Manchester United coach, Alex Ferguson described the situation as bad news, "it is not expected but still bad news, unfortunately he's out of the season, he sees the specialist on Monday to map out the programme of when he has the operation. It won't be immediate because we have to let the swelling come down. It is a bit of a blow."
