Awww! Sometimes one is tempted to believe that there is a campaign against Chelsea manager, Jose Mourinho in football.lol. The FA Appeal Board has dismissed the Portuguese's appeal over his £50,000 fine and one-match stadium ban.

The ex Real Madrid coach was punished for comments made after Chelsea's 2-1 loss to West Ham.

The FA wrote on their official website. "An Appeal Board has dismissed the appeal from Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho in relation to a decision made by an Independent Regulatory Commission,"

"At the original commission hearing, Mr Mourinho was given a suspended one-match stadium ban and fined £50,000 after he admitted a breach of FA Rules in relation to post-match comments made following the game against Southampton on Saturday 3 October 2015.

"The Appeal Board has upheld the original sanction and therefore it remains that Mr Mourinho's suspended stadium ban will be immediately invoked should he be found by an Independent Regulatory Commission to have committed a further breach of FA Rule E3 for any comment or statement to or through the media before 13 October 2016."

After footage of the incident was reviewed by a three-man panel, FA agreed that Cisse and Evans should serve suspensions of 7 matches and 6 matches respectively with immediate effect.

What can separate Jose Mourinho from the spotlight? Nothing so far. In the wake of Chelsea's 1-0 loss to Aston Villa at Villa Park on Saturday and the dismissal of Willian and Ramires for second bookable offences, the Portuguese coach has urged Premier League committee to stop assigning referee Chris Foy to Chelsea games. The aggrieved boss who was sent to the stands after confronting Foy shortly before the match ended deems it helpful if they don't see him again.

"Maybe it is helpful that the committee doesn't send him to our matches. I don't have the right to request that. It's just that I think they have to analyse the situation and see. Every time he has Chelsea – or not every time, but many times he has Chelsea and the problems are there. I think maybe it would be a good decision. Mistakes are part of the job for referees, even big mistakes which are crucial to the result."

Meanwhile, FA will await Chris Foy's report before deciding if to charge Jose Mourinho.
